Abstract: Objective: To study the regularity and characteristics of adverse reactions of ginkgo damole injection, and to provide reference for clinical medication. Methods: Total of 496 new/serious adverse reactions reports were collected from January 2013 to May 2018 in Jiangsu province. Results: Among the 496 cases reported, the female patients were slightly more than the male patients, and their adverse reactions were mainly characterized by rapid hairstyles. Systemic and organ involvement was most common, accounting for 26.93% of the total cases, followed by neurological damage and cardiovascular damage. Systemic - organ involvement is mainly systemic damage. There are many clinical indications for over - specification. Conclusion: It is necessary to pay attention to the adverse reactions caused by ginkgo dahmer injection, especially severe adverse reactions such as anaphylactic shock. Medical staff should do well before and after medication adverse reactions prevention, monitoring and treatment. Abstract: Objective: The study aimed to predict the effects of two different types of inhibitors on the pharmacokinetics of saxagliptin and evaluate the potential DDIs by establishing dynamic drug-drug interactions (DDIs) models between saxagliptin and ketoconazole (a competitive inhibitor of CYP3A4), or delavirdine (a time-dependent inhibitor of CYP3A4). Methods: The physicochemical properties parameter, biopharmaceutical parameter, enzyme-catalyzed reaction parameter of drug metabolism, and human physiological parameter of saxagliptin, ketoconazole and delavirdine were collected by published literatures and ADMET Predictor, to build and verify the PBPK models of these three drugs. Then, combined with the inhibition parameter of enzyme and enzyme degradation rate constant, dynamic DDIs models of ketoconazole and delavirdine were separately established so as to predict the varieties of the pharmacokinetics of saxagliptin. Results: The dynamic DDIs model between saxagliptin and ketoconazole showed that Cmax, AUC0-inf and AUCAUC0-t of saxagliptin rose by 79.2%, 147.8% and 147.8% respectively. Higher values of the three pharmacokinetic parameters of saxaliptin were found as well in the dynamic DDIs model between saxagliptin and delavirdine, with the increase of 39.6%, 75.4% and 75.3 % correspondingly. Conclusion: Both inhibitors have effect on the pharmacokinetics of saxagliptin. Abstract: Notoginseng flowers are traditional and precious traditional Chinese medicine. With the massive planting of notoginseng in recent years, the resources of notoginseng flowers were becoming more and more abundant. The pharmacological effect and health care and health maintenance of notoginseng flowers had attracted much attention and great value in clinical application and health care application. At present, scholars had studied and reported on the identification, chemical composition and pharmacological action of notoginseng flowers, but most of them lack depth and breadth, and further studies were needed in the aspects of chemical composition, pharmacological effect and quality control.The application of notoginseng flowers in medicine and the development of health care products were many, but lack of systematic pharmacological efficacy and health care mechanism research support.
