Through this paper, we aim to present the role of entrepreneurial incubators in improving territories through entrepreneurial dynamics. In this paper, we aim to study entrepreneurial incubation based on a broader concept from the theory of organizational learning and the theory of knowledge spillover. Our question regarding the relevance of incubators and its impact on territorial development will be justified by the comparison of two eminent theories, namely the theory of structural contingency in transition to the organizational learning theory. By asking this question, we will explore the role of incubators as a lever for the sustainable development of territories and the creation of value. Our exploration will include case studies of incubators and the structuring of their incubation process as well as circular startups and their appropriate strategic positioning to conclude the impact of relevant entrepreneurial incubation on the sustainable development of territories through learning and the three Paturel models.
