With the development of society and the improvement of people's living habits, the incidence of cancer is getting higher and higher all over the world, which is a serious threat to human health. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore economical and convenient obtained markers for early diagnosis, therapeutic efficacy evaluation and prognosis evaluation of tumors.

The primary goal of this special issue is to providing a unique forum for researchers, scholars and practitioners to concern dynamic and rapid evolution of knowledge in the oncology and cancer field.
