Abstract: The century of the 21st century is the century of the knowledge economy and the economic globalization. The inter-inference between economy and environment has been deeper and deeper, global resources shortage, environment pollution and ecology deterioration has become a common problems of human being. The construction of ecological township is the necessity to carry out the strategy of sustainable development, realize the coordinated development of economy, society, population, resources and environment, positively adapt to the global economic and social development trend and raise the overall competitiveness. According to the ecological features of Hecheng Street, Gaoming District, Foshan City, we reasonably make use of high-quality natural resources, promote rational use and development of resources, establish ecological function divisions, continuously improve the ecological environment, form eco-friendly economic development mode with Hecheng characteristics and achieve the unity of economic, social and ecological benefits.
